Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mando (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Do not attempt to access other users’ data or accounts.
Subscriptions and billing
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.
Billing
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically on the cadence you choose (monthly, 6-month, or yearly) unless you cancel.
You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. When you cancel, you will keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Acceptable use
- Follow applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.
- Do not attempt to access private data that is not yours.
- Do not interfere with the Service or other users.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as notes). You grant Mando a limited license to host and display that content solely for operating the Service.
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Mando and protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet every learning goal.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mando will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
