Need to delete your account?
We currently process account deletion requests through support.
How to request deletion
Email hello@mandochinese.com with subject line Account deletion request.
Please include:
- The email address on your account.
- Your approximate signup date.
- Any billing receipt or transaction reference (if applicable).
Before deletion
If you have an active subscription or trial, cancel billing first to avoid future charges.
You can use Contact support if you need help with billing cancellation.
What to expect
We may request additional verification to protect your account. You can usually expect a response within 1 to 5 business days depending on request type and support load.
