Wrong email and locked out?
If you created an account with a typo email and can't reset your password, this page explains what to do next.
Fastest recovery path (if still logged in)
- Go to your profile/account settings.
- Use the email change option and confirm your new email address.
- If prompted, complete a recent-login verification check.
If you are logged out and cannot reset
Contact support at hello@mandochinese.com with the subject line Account recovery request.
Include:
- Your intended/correct email address.
- Your approximate signup date.
- Any billing receipt or transaction reference (if available).
- The device/platform you used most recently.
We may ask for additional verification to protect your account before making any changes.
What to expect from support
We review every request personally and prioritize account access and billing issues first. You can usually expect a response within 1 to 5 business days depending on request type and current support load.
